SERVinity is the new program for the combined Baxter and Hillrom service offering for capital equipment. Baxter Creative Services (BCS) was tasked with developing updated brand positioning, messaging and a visual identity. Our assignment was to create awareness for the expanded SERVinity service program, highlighting the service capabilities and value for the customer.
The mission of SERVinity is to provide service excellence to ultimately minimize disruption in patient care. They offer reliable and convenient device maintenance that results in increased device uptime, improved protection for patients, and improved workflow efficiencies.
 
With a messaging focus on efficiency, safety and value, our creative platform is centered on performance — operational, staff, financial, procedural, and equipment. With this foundation in place, we developed the tagline: Bringing Performance to Life.
 
The brand launch includes digital, trade show, and targeted marketing to raise awareness of the unified and expanded service offerings that enable customers to get the most out of their Baxter products.
