Oversaw all brand and promotional advertising, marketing communications, campaigns, programs and digital content development across an omni-channel retail environment. Managed in-house creative team and external agencies of record.
• Transformed advertising model from traditional mass media to digital, to a cost-effective, nimble “Always-On” campaign content strategy across all digital and social media channels.
• Designed iconic Sears logo during 2016 rebranding to target predominantly female audience.
• Developed and implemented all Sear’s brand strategic positioning, visual identity and advertising guidelines, photography and video standards, seasonal and promotional style guides.

• Built in-house creative agency as part of a consolidation exercise to reduce external agency spend services included: video, illustration, online, email, collateral, DM, color cards, POP/POS, print, packaging and in-store.
• Developed brand identities, guidelines, photography and video standards across the portfolio of accounts, brands and
