• Led Baxter’s in-house Creative Services team to exceed all key performance benchmarks in 2023: $2M+ in cost savings and 500+ completed projects across 12 business units and corporate functions.
• Converted 3D Exhibits to an in-house design model, reducing external design spend by 95% and driving cost savings of $850K (YOY 2019). Built and directed the internal design team to support over 30 account executives and 500 clients nationally.
• Exceeded AbbVie internal agency billing benchmark by generating $15M+ in agency revenue
in 2018.
• Transformed Sears advertising model from traditional mass media to a digital, cost-effective “Always-On” campaign content strategy across all digital and social media channels. Executed the $200M+ annual marketing operating plan and managed a $15M+ budget.
• As chief brand steward, designed the iconic Sears logo, oversaw the Sear’s master and sub-brands strategic positioning, visual and advertising guidelines, and development.
